A continuación, se exponen las condiciones generales que regulan el acceso, navegación y uso de las páginas web bajo el dominio de Valentum Asset Management, así como la responsabilidad derivada del uso de sus contenidos.

Valentum Asset Management como autor de obra colectiva, es titular de los derechos de explotación de propiedad intelectual e industrial de www.valentum.es, y es también titular o tiene la correspondiente licencia sobre los derechos de propiedad intelectual, industrial y de imagen sobre de los contenidos disponibles a través de dicha web.

En virtud de lo anterior, es obligación del Usuario informar de manera inmediata a los gestores de www.valentum.es enviando un correo electrónico a la dirección info@valentum.es o llamando por teléfono al número +34 912500246 de cualquier hecho que permita el uso indebido de los identificadores y/o contraseñas, tales como el robo, extravío, o el acceso no autorizado a los mismos, con el fin de proceder a su inmediata cancelación.
